About Zoe Thurston Nutritional Therapist
Zoe Thurston is a registered Nutritional Therapist specialising in women's health. She works with clients to address nutrition and wellness through personalised consultations, ongoing coaching, and advanced testing.
Zoe offers nutritional therapy initial consultations paired with regular monthly coaching to support you in making sustainable changes to your diet and lifestyle. She provides comprehensive health testing including well woman MOT assessments with detailed blood work, and is trained to recommend and interpret DNA and nutrigenomics testing to understand how your individual genetics influence your nutritional needs.
Her approach recognises that standard diets often don't work for everyone, particularly women experiencing shifts in weight and energy. She runs group workshops in a supportive environment where women can work together on their health goals, and also offers specialist diet and health reviews for teenagers.
Zoe combines evidence-based nutritional science with personalised support, helping women of all ages take control of their health through nutrition tailored to their unique circumstances.
