About Zoe Hebden
Zoe Hebden offers play therapy and therapeutic support for children and young people experiencing emotional or behavioural difficulties. Registered with the Register of Play and Creative Arts Therapists (accredited by the Professional Standards Authority) and ICO registered, Zoe provides both individual and group play therapy sessions, working with up to four children presenting similar challenges.
Zoe's approach draws on several established play-based methodologies. Parent-Child Attachment Play (PCAP) is a gentle approach designed to improve attachment quality between parent and child, while Heart to Heart is an early intervention attachment programme for parents, carers, and their children or teens to attend together. AutPlay® Therapy, a play and behavioural therapy approach, is also available. These methods recognise that children often express underlying thoughts and feelings more naturally through play than through talk alone.
In addition to play therapy, Zoe offers a CGM (Continuous Glucose Monitor) Programme through the Zoe brand, providing support for those interested in understanding their metabolic health through continuous glucose monitoring.
Whether you're seeking therapeutic support for a child, looking to strengthen parent-child attachment, or interested in metabolic health insights, Zoe combines regulated, accredited practice with evidence-based play therapy approaches to support your family's wellbeing.
