About Zenyo
Zenyo offers meditation, yoga and mindful movement classes designed to cultivate relaxed, open awareness of life. The practice-based approach combines Zen meditation, Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep), Yin Yoga and QiGong, with 60-minute drop-in classes available online for beginners and intermediates alike.
As a Certified Professional Mindfulness Teacher registered with the International Mindfulness Teachers Association, Zenyo brings structured training and experience to every session. Live online group courses run over 10 weeks with no prior experience required, offering participants the opportunity to establish a regular practice and experience life-changing results. For those already familiar with Zen practice, advanced sessions are also available.
Beyond group classes, Zenyo works in corporate settings, helping staff to unwind and bring clarity to their work. Meditation recordings are also available on the Insight Timer app for those seeking practice outside scheduled sessions.
