Zen Zone offers reiki and holistic therapies rooted in over twenty-five years of practice. Services include reiki treatments and training across all levels—from introductory workshops through to Master Teacher qualifications designed to teach others in this healing art. Alongside reiki, Zen Zone runs meditation group classes and transformational workshops including Heal Your Life, Healing Your Heart After Loss, and Reclaiming Your Inner Mojo. One-to-one sessions are available online, and a free introductory session on reiki is offered to those new to the practice.
