About Your Time Counselling Services
Your Time Counselling Services offers person-centred counselling for adults, children, young people and families, accessible both online and by telephone. The service is registered with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
The team provides support across a wide range of concerns. These include anxiety, worry and overwhelm; low mood, sadness and depression; relationship difficulties and couples work; and bereavement and loss. They also work with trauma, including childhood trauma, adverse experiences and complex trauma patterns, as well as stress, burnout and addiction recovery.
Specialised support is available for domestic abuse survivors, including safety planning and the Freedom Programme delivered both one-to-one and in groups. The service also has particular experience working with neurodiversity and building self-compassion and confidence.
Counselling is available in person, online and by telephone, with sessions offered at £40 per session. Whether you're navigating a specific life challenge, processing difficult emotions, or seeking support for relationship or family concerns, Your Time Counselling Services provides a confidential, professional space to explore your needs at your own pace.
