About Your Haven Counselling
Your Haven Counselling is an integrative therapeutic counselling service offering individual sessions both in person and online via video link. Each session runs for a therapeutic hour (50 minutes), providing a flexible approach to accessing support.
With more than 10 years of experience, Your Haven works with clients across a wide range of concerns. These include anxiety and depression, complex trauma, bereavement and grief, obsessive compulsive disorders, and ADHD. The service has undertaken further training in eating disorders and nutritional interventions for eating disorders, bringing specialist knowledge to this area.
Sessions are available both face-to-face and online, making it easy to access support in a way that suits your circumstances. Your Haven Counselling is accredited with the MBACP (British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy), ensuring practice meets recognised professional standards.
