About You & Me Yoga

The You & Me Yoga training program is modular, allowing for flexible learning through various formats, including books, audio/video resources, and online support. This approach has facilitated the training of over 2500 staff in special schools, community colleges, and hospitals, making it a recognized system within health and education sectors. Maria's dedication to this cause stems from her personal journey with yoga, which began after a car accident in 1973, leading her to explore its therapeutic benefits.
