Yogi Wen offers weekly yoga classes rooted in Prana Vinyasa, Non-Dual Tantra Philosophy, Somatics, and Daoism. Classes include Vinyasa Yoga, Yin Yoga, and Qigong, available both in-studio and online. Each month there is a themed online Vinyasa session, and seasonal workshops and extended immersions are offered throughout the year.

Beyond asana, Yogi Wen weaves breath, intention, and mindful flow into a living practice. One-to-one breathwork sessions are available for those seeking deeper work with the breath, while group meditation classes provide space for collective stillness.
