About Yogi Julie

Yogi Julie offers a comprehensive range of yoga and therapeutic practices designed to support natural wellbeing and personal development. Services include Yoga Therapy, Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and Meditation Group Classes, alongside Craniosacral Therapy and Ayurvedic Marma Therapy—a practice that stimulates key points through gentle massage to support the body's natural healing. Julie has graduated in Restorative Yoga with Judith Hanson Lasater, one of the American founders of the discipline, bringing depth and authenticity to her teaching.

Julie is a Registered Yoga Therapist with the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC) and holds the status of Yoga Elder (5000-hours registered) with the British Wheel of Yoga, reflecting her extensive training and commitment to professional standards.

Beyond one-to-one and group classes, Julie designs Workplace and Corporate Yoga programmes tailored to meet the needs of the corporate environment, helping teams integrate yoga practice into their working lives. Since 2017, she has also worked with Charity Mind Wycombe, offering yoga classes for adults with mental health needs—demonstrating her dedication to making yoga accessible to those seeking support.
