About Yoga for People with Dementia
Yoga for People with Dementia offers a thoughtfully designed range of yoga and holistic therapies tailored to support wellbeing and accessibility. Led by yoga teacher Stefan Cunnington (E-RYT 500, YACEP), the practice provides regular yoga classes at all levels for beginners and beyond, available both in-person and online. Chair yoga is offered as a key service, making yoga accessible to those with different mobility needs. Classes are complemented by meditation group sessions, one-to-one breathwork, and energy work including reiki and shiatsu massage, all available in flexible session lengths from 30 to 60 minutes.
Beyond individual classes and treatments, Yoga for People with Dementia is also the home of Active Balance Yoga, which offers yoga and meditation teacher training programmes for those looking to deepen their practice or develop teaching skills.
With a focus on accessibility and inclusive practice, Yoga for People with Dementia supports clients seeking gentle, grounded approaches to movement, relaxation, and holistic wellbeing.
