About Women’s Time Counselling
Women's Time Counselling offers compassionate, professional counselling tailored to women's unique experiences and life stages. As a BACP registered counsellor, the practice provides both face-to-face and online counselling through video, phone calls, text messaging, email and live chat, making support accessible in the way that works best for you.
The counsellor is qualified as an Integrative Counsellor, which enables the combination of different therapeutic approaches to suit your individual needs. She is also a Certified Integrative Embodied Therapist, working with the connection between mind and body to support deeper healing. Drawing on training in trauma-informed practice and somatic therapy, Women's Time Counselling specialises in supporting women survivors of domestic abuse, sexual abuse and violence, as well as those who experienced abuse in childhood.
Services include general counselling sessions, sand tray therapy (a non-verbal approach described as a way of showing rather than saying), menopause counselling for women in the perimenopausal, menopausal or post-menopausal phases, and bereavement counselling. The practice also works with women across the spectrum of neurodiversity and those who have experienced pregnancy and infant loss.
Women's Time Counselling is not a crisis service. It exists to provide a safe, confidential space where women can explore their experiences, process difficult emotions, and work towards greater wellbeing and resilience.
