About Walk & Talk Therapy Bristol
Walk & Talk Therapy Bristol offers counselling and cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) in a distinctive outdoor format. Rather than sitting in a traditional therapy room, sessions take place during a walk at your preferred pace in natural settings, combining the benefits of gentle exercise, fresh air, and professional mental health support.
The practice brings over five years of Walk & Talk experience, alongside more than 200 hours of client counselling developed through work with Heart to Heart Bristol and Womankind charity. The therapist holds membership with the British Association of Counselling Professionals (MBACP) and the British Psychological Society, and has completed trauma-informed counselling training through The Open University.
Walk & Talk Therapy Bristol is ideal for anyone seeking a more active, nature-based approach to therapy—whether you're exploring general counselling, working through specific concerns with CBT, or looking for a therapeutic space that feels less formal and more grounded in the outdoors.
