Walk & Talk - Serenity Counselling Service offers integrative counselling tailored specifically to you, drawing from a range of therapeutic approaches including cognitive behavioural therapy, humanistic therapy, psychodynamic therapy, person-centred therapy, and transactional analysis. This flexible, eclectic approach means your therapy is shaped around your individual needs and circumstances.
Services are available face-to-face, online, by telephone, and through walk and talk therapy, which incorporates the benefits of nature and the outdoors alongside counselling. This flexibility makes support accessible whether you prefer traditional sessions or a more dynamic therapeutic experience.
The service supports adults and teenagers working through a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, bereavement and loss, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, and OCD. There is particular experience working with neurodivergent individuals and families, as well as those who have experienced domestic abuse and complex emotional difficulties.
Additionally, clinical supervision is offered for counsellors and trainee therapists seeking professional development and support.
