Victoria White Birth And Beyond offers holistic, emotionally-informed support for pregnancy, birth and the postnatal period. Victoria is a Doula UK member, trained in 2020 with Nurturing Birth, and a qualified Perinatal Emotional Health Practitioner with TBR College.

Her services span the full perinatal journey. Antenatal support explores your hopes and wishes for birth and the importance of making informed choices. Her birth package combines antenatal preparation with in-person attendance during labour and birth, followed by a birth debrief. Postnatal support includes a two-hour visit to help you settle into early parenthood.

Victoria offers pregnancy and postnatal acupuncture alongside hypnobirthing, which includes MP3s and a Planning a Positive Postpartum workbook to support your preparation. For those processing difficult birth experiences, she provides traumatic birth recovery using NLP techniques designed to de-traumatise memories associated with traumatic events. She also runs anxiety support packages of three sessions (60–90 minutes each), available face-to-face or online.

Sound baths complement her therapeutic offerings, creating space for deep relaxation during a transformative time. Victoria specialises in one-to-one support for neurodivergent birthers and families, delivered online for accessibility and comfort.
