About Victoria Kilner Counselling
Victoria Kilner Counselling offers integrative therapy that combines person-centred, psychodynamic, and somatic approaches. As a BACP registered member and CPCAB Level 5 trained therapist, Victoria works in a trauma-informed way to help you process difficult experiences safely.
Somatic therapy forms a core part of the practice, working with your nervous system to help you understand your body and inner connection. This is complemented by psychodynamic therapy, which explores how your past experiences and unconscious thoughts influence your current behaviour. Victoria also offers breathwork sessions, training your vagus nerve to support nervous system regulation.
Victoria works with a wide range of issues including anxiety, stress, burnout, depression and low mood, relationship difficulties, bereavement and grief, and low self-esteem. She provides couples counselling for relationship challenges, ADHD-affirming therapy and coaching, and specialised support for those navigating trauma. Solution-focused brief therapy is also available for those seeking shorter-term, goal-oriented work.
Sessions are offered both online via Google Meet and face-to-face, with flexibility for short or long-term therapy depending on your needs. Victoria Kilner Counselling is ideal for adults seeking compassionate, evidence-based support to understand themselves better and move forward with greater confidence and wellbeing.
