About Vicky Procter
Vicky Procter is an HCPC, BACP and BAAT registered Art Psychotherapist offering professional, confidential therapy to adults and young people. She provides a safe space to communicate and explore your inner feelings through both non-verbal and verbal approaches, helping you work through difficulties in a way that suits you.
Vicky has worked with adults experiencing low self-esteem, depression, anxiety, eating disorders, grief and attachment difficulties. She offers one-to-one Art Therapy and general counselling sessions tailored to your needs. Sessions are available both face-to-face and online, giving you flexibility in how you access support.
Beyond individual work, Vicky also provides Art Therapy services to schools, charities, care homes, hospitals and other organisations, bringing therapeutic practice into community and institutional settings.
