About Vicki Ball
Vicki Ball is a reflexologist and Bowen therapist offering therapeutic bodywork to support your wellbeing. She trained as a reflexologist for two years at the Burghley Academy in Peterborough, qualifying in 2006, and has since completed further training with the Bowen Technique Academy of Australia to qualify as a Bowen therapist.
Reflexology is based on the principle that all parts of the body are connected by energy pathways, and working with these reflex points can help promote relaxation and balance. Foot reflexology in particular focuses on these pressure points in the feet to encourage the body's natural healing responses.
The Bowen Technique, developed in the 1950s in Australia, is a gentle but dynamic hands-on therapy that works with the body's soft tissues to help restore mobility and ease tension. Both therapies are non-invasive approaches to supporting physical comfort and overall wellness.
Vicki offers reflexology and Bowen therapy from her home practice, as well as at the Broad Street Practice in Stamford. Her work draws on years of training and practical experience, and she welcomes clients seeking natural, holistic approaches to health and relaxation.
