Vera Andrew Therapy is run by a humanistic integrative psychotherapist and counsellor with 17 years of experience, registered and accredited with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
Vera works with both individuals and couples to provide therapeutic counselling, coaching and support. Her integrative approach combines person-centred therapy, transactional analysis, cognitive behavioural therapy and attachment theory to tailor treatment to your needs.
She specialises in anxiety, depression, stress, bereavement and loss, and has particular expertise in relationship and marriage counselling, including work with cross-cultural couples. She also draws on her background as a facilitator and coach in the City to offer coaching alongside therapy.
