Vanessa Gajewska – Compassionate Counsel offers one-to-one and couples counselling on both a short and longer-term basis, drawing on a range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches. These include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Gestalt therapy, psychodynamic therapy, person-centred work, and transactional analysis, tailored to your individual needs.
As a Senior Accredited member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP) and aligned with the BACP SCoPEd Framework, Vanessa brings professional expertise and accountability to her practice. She also offers life coaching to support personal development and goal-setting.
Vanessa has specialist training in supporting partners affected by betrayal trauma and sexual compulsivity concerns, and holds a certificate in workplace mediation.
