About Val Taylor
Val Taylor is an integrative therapist with over 18 years' experience in counselling and psychotherapy. As a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP), Val offers a professional, evidence-based service across a range of therapeutic approaches.
Val works with cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT), humanistic therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and integrative counselling, tailoring her approach to suit individual needs. She provides general counselling sessions alongside specialist support for anxiety, bereavement, and couples counselling. Val also works with teenagers and young people, and offers telephone counselling for added flexibility.
