What types of classes does UYoga offer?
UYoga offers Hatha Yoga classes in a relaxed and welcoming setting, along with a 45-minute strength training session per week designed to support healthy muscles, bones and minds. All yoga classes are holistic and incorporate meditation, relaxation and breath practice alongside physical poses.
Do you offer one-to-one sessions?
Yes, one-to-one sessions can be arranged either at your home or at one of UYoga's teaching locations, giving you flexibility in how you'd like to train.
What qualifications does the instructor have?
UYoga's instructor holds a Level 4 Diploma in Teaching Yoga (RQF) awarded by Focus Awards, who are Ofqual regulated, and is trained with GXT and fully insured to teach group exercise classes and personal fitness instruction. They are currently studying Movement Science with The Bristol School of Yoga, which includes specialisms in yoga for back pain and yoga for women's health.
