About uHub Therapy Centre
uHub Therapy Centre offers talking therapies for both adults and young people, with particular specialisms in cognitive behavioural therapy, life coaching and working with children. The centre is registered with both the NCPS (National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society) and BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy).
Therapeutic approaches include general counselling, CBT, psychodynamic therapy and integrative counselling, tailored to meet individual needs. For children up to age 12, uHub provides play therapy to help them process feelings in a safe, gentle way, alongside art therapy using creative activities in a therapeutic environment. The centre also offers sand therapy and therapeutic group workshops called Huddles, which bring together mindfulness, art and play to support emotional regulation.
Life coaching is available for those seeking personal development and direction. In addition to one-to-one sessions, uHub delivers group workshops, allowing clients to choose which therapies best suit their needs. The centre also provides counselling support for parents and carers.
