Tracy Gooding is an accredited doula providing calm, continuous care through pregnancy, birth and the transition into motherhood. She offers a comprehensive range of services designed to support expectant parents and families during this transformative time.

Her doula services span the full perinatal journey, including antenatal support, birth companionship and postnatal care. She works with hypnobirthing principles to help expectant parents feel mentally prepared for birth, and antenatal sessions cover everything needed to make informed choices and plan birth preferences. Postnatal support is available as planned packages or on an ad-hoc basis, tailored to individual needs.

Tracy also offers complementary therapies and practices to support wellbeing during pregnancy and beyond. These include pregnancy and postnatal acupuncture, sound baths for relaxation and restoration, and mindfulness practices. She is trained in rebozo technique and the Closing Bones Ceremony, traditional practices that honour the postnatal period.

For those who have experienced perinatal trauma, Tracy is a Three Step Rewind practitioner, offering evidence-based support to help process difficult experiences. Her holistic approach draws on naturopathy and trauma-informed care, recognising the emotional and physical dimensions of the perinatal journey.
