About Toni Rhoden
Toni Rhoden is a counsellor and psychotherapist offering integrative therapy to adults working through a wide range of emotional and relational challenges. Holding UKCP membership and affiliated with the Black, African and Asian Therapy Network (BAATN), Toni brings a combined, person-centred approach to her practice.
Toni works with adults exploring trauma, PTSD, and abuse; anxiety, panic attacks, and stress; depression, postnatal depression, and bereavement; and relationship difficulties, including couples work and sexuality concerns. Her integrative approach draws on multiple therapeutic traditions to tailor support to each individual's needs.
Sessions are available both in person and online, offering flexibility to suit your circumstances. Toni charges £60 per session and is committed to creating a safe, confidential space where you can explore what matters most to you at your own pace.
