About Tina Hoy
Tina Hoy offers a range of holistic therapies focused on relaxation, energy work, and natural wellbeing. Her practice centres on reflexology, a non-invasive therapy that encourages deep relaxation, alongside reiki healing, which works to restore the natural flow of energy within the body. She combines these approaches with chakra balancing treatments, where crystals are placed on the seven chakra points to support rebalancing, and aura cleansing and reading to help clients understand their energetic state.
Tina also provides Indian head massage, using gentle, rhythmic movements applied to the upper back, shoulders, neck, scalp, and face to release tension and promote calm. She holds a diploma in Indian head massage, chakra balancing, and aura healing, and is a qualified Level 2 Reiki Practitioner. She is an associate member of the Reiki Federation and has recently gained her certificate in cancer care for both reflexology and reiki, allowing her to offer sensitive, informed support to clients with specific health considerations.
