About Tilt Counselling and Psychotherapy
Tilt Counselling and Psychotherapy is run by Lucy, a fully qualified, BACP registered integrative psychotherapist. She offers private therapy for adults navigating anxiety, loss, identity shifts and the quiet overwhelm that builds when life stops making sense.
Lucy draws on established, evidence-based therapeutic models including cognitive behavioural therapy, psychodynamic and person-centred approaches, tailored to your individual needs. She has worked extensively across NHS and community settings, supporting people with anxiety and depression, grief and bereavement, perinatal mental health challenges, low self-esteem, and major life transitions such as relationship changes, career shifts, parenthood and relocation.
Services include general counselling and psychotherapy sessions, bereavement counselling, anxiety support, life transitions counselling, CBT, and walk and talk therapy. Sessions are offered weekly or fortnightly, available both in-person and online, giving you flexibility in how you access support.
Whether you're making sense of grief and loss, understanding the root causes of stress and burnout, building confidence and healthy boundaries, or navigating a significant life change, Tilt Counselling provides a compassionate space to explore your experiences and develop practical coping strategies.
