During your initial appointment, Jacinta develops a highly personalised nutrition and lifestyle programme designed to address your specific health goals. The practice also offers clinical testing interpretation, helping you understand the results of recommended tests such as nutrigenomics DNA analysis, comprehensive thyroid testing, hormone profiling, food intolerance and allergy testing, and adrenal stress profiling. This diagnostic approach allows for targeted, evidence-based recommendations rather than a one-size-fits-all strategy.
Jacinta is registered with mBANT (British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine) and CNHC (Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council), and is a member of the Institute of Functional Medicine. She holds the Diploma in Nutrition and is trained in functional medicine practice.
