Third Wave Psychologist offers comprehensive psychological therapy and counselling for individuals, couples, and families across all ages. Led by Dr Lucy Kozlowski, registered with the HCPC as a Clinical Psychologist, the practice provides a range of evidence-based treatments including cognitive behavioural therapy, hypnotherapy, and general counselling to support mental health and wellbeing.

Specialising in neurodiversity, the practice offers ADHD assessment and screening, alongside support for autism and PDA, with full diagnostic assessment available. This neurodiversity-focused approach extends to coaching services designed to help clients maximise their wellbeing and manage their specific needs.

The practice also supports people through significant life transitions and challenges. Couples counselling addresses relationship difficulties including conflict and parenting concerns, while bereavement counselling provides compassionate support for those grieving the loss of a loved one.
