Kelvyn Frost is a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT) offering individual therapy sessions to help you work through emotional and psychological challenges. With qualifications including an MSc and BSc(Hons), and professional registration as a mental health nurse, Kelvyn brings both clinical training and lived experience to his practice.
Kelvyn is accredited by BABCP (British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies) since 2000, and is registered as a BUPA consultant. He provides both CBT standard sessions and general counselling, tailored to your needs. Whether you prefer face-to-face or video appointments, therapy can be arranged to suit your circumstances — sessions may be self-funded or paid through private health insurance including BUPA, AXA PPP, and Aviva.
