The team brings together specialists in massage, energy work, counselling, breathwork, and fitness training, each bringing their own expertise and qualifications.
Massage and bodywork services span deep tissue and medical massage therapy, postnatal massage, Indian head massage, and the more specialised techniques of craniosacral therapy and facial reflexology. Reflexology, including foot and facial approaches, is offered by a practitioner trained over 12 years in the discipline.
For those seeking mental and emotional support, The Wellness Hut provides one-to-one counselling sessions delivered in a person-centred way, alongside mindfulness-based sessions to help with stress, depression, anxiety, and worry. Breathwork sessions are facilitated by a level 3 trained breathwork facilitator, offering conscious connected breathing work on a one-to-one basis.
Energy healing is available through Reiki treatments, complemented by bespoke yoga sessions tailored to individual needs. Fitness support includes personal training on a one-to-one basis or with small groups, as well as a variety of fitness classes for adults, including Life Active Over 60's.
