About The Turner Centre
The Turner Centre is a private, independent counselling and psychotherapy centre with a large team of counsellors and psychotherapists trained in several different therapeutic models. They offer confidential support to individuals, couples, children, teenagers and families navigating a range of challenges.
Their therapeutic approaches include cognitive behavioural therapy, which focuses on how thoughts, beliefs and attitudes affect feelings and behaviour; psychodynamic therapy; person-centred therapy, where treatment is tailored to each client; and transactional analysis, which explores how people are structured psychologically and how they function. They also provide family and systemic therapy, alongside specialist counselling for adolescents and young people.
The Turner Centre recognises that loss and grief can be experienced in many forms, and offers bereavement counselling to support people through these difficult transitions.
