About The Treatment Room
The Treatment Room is a sports injury clinic where therapists specialise in all aspects of sports injury and rehabilitation. They offer sports and trigger point massage to ease muscle tension, break down scar tissue, and support recovery from training and activity.
Beyond massage, The Treatment Room provides joint manipulation and spinal mobilisations to decrease pain and increase movement, along with postural and biomechanical assessments to identify and correct underlying movement patterns. They also support clients through pre and post operative rehabilitation following spinal, joint, ligament, tendon, and cartilage procedures, and offer postnatal massage to ease muscle tension and joint pain during recovery.
Exercise rehabilitation programmes are tailored to help rebuild strength and flexibility, while injury prevention advice covers stretching, strengthening, and training strategies to help you maintain performance without pain. The Treatment Room also treats work-related conditions and general musculoskeletal injuries, and can advise on self-massage techniques using foam rollers and massage balls for ongoing care between sessions.
