About The Swan Project

The Swan Project offers confidential counselling and psychotherapy to adults aged 18 and over, with a specialisation in supporting those affected by addiction—whether in active addiction, in recovery, or affected by someone else's addiction.

Sessions are available both face-to-face and online, making support accessible in the way that works best for you. The team works with trauma-informed approaches, drawing on specialist training in addiction and trauma-sensitive practice. All therapists are BACP members, adhering to the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy code of ethics.
