We offer a range of massage treatments including Thai Neck & Shoulder Massage (one of our most popular treatments), Deep Tissue Massage, Spa Body Massage, and Chinese Fire Cupping—a traditional massage technique using flames and glass cupping jars on the back or legs.
Do you offer classes or group sessions?
Yes, we run weekly restorative yoga classes on Wednesdays at 7.30 pm in The Studio, and we host monthly Sound Bath sessions. We also offer various workshops including Aromatherapy, Tarot & Card Reading, and other wellbeing experiences.
What is reflexology and what does it treat?
Reflexology is a gentle, deeply relaxing holistic foot treatment for the whole body. We offer both standard Reflexology and specialist Oncology Reflexology, and can enhance treatments with a Tibetan Herbal Foot Soak.
