About The Mind Body And Soul Hub
The Mind Body and Soul Hub offers person-centred psychotherapy and counselling to help you bring about positive change in your life. As a qualified Person Centred Psychotherapist and member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP), the therapist provides a range of flexible session options to suit your needs and circumstances.
Sessions are available face to face, by telephone, or online, making therapy accessible however you prefer to engage. For those who find value in movement and nature, walk and talk therapy sessions are also offered, allowing you to explore your thoughts and feelings in the outdoors.
General counselling sessions and person-centred therapy form the core of the service, delivered in a confidential, non-judgmental space. Before committing to ongoing work, a free 15–20 minute phone consultation is available so you and the therapist can get to know one another and discuss whether this approach is right for you.
