Weekly beginners classes in Yang Tai Chi are available, and the school also offers instruction in Tai Chi weapons including straight sword, sabre, and fan, as well as Push Hands training. For those interested in conditioning and deeper practice, specialised training in techniques such as Wooden Man, Sand Bag, and Iron Sand Palm is available.
