The Knott Kinetics Team offers a comprehensive range of physical health and rehabilitation services designed to restore movement and function for those affected by injury, illness or disability. The team specialises in physiotherapy, sports therapy, and sports massage, supported by manual therapy techniques, electrotherapy, and exercise rehabilitation tailored to individual needs.
Podiatry services focus on the foot, ankle and leg, with the aim of improving mobility and independence, complemented by custom orthotics where appropriate. The team also provides strength training through personal training, alongside clinical pilates and yoga to support recovery and long-term wellbeing.
Recognising that physical and mental health are intertwined, The Knott Kinetics Team integrates counselling and psychotherapy into their holistic approach, acknowledging that the body has a physical reaction to emotional wellbeing.
The team includes qualified professionals with recognised credentials: members of the Sports Therapy register (Lawrence Knott, Edyta Sikorska, Luke Tucknott, and Nina Jarekova), and a podiatrist registered with the HCPC and MRCoP (Elly Roiz De Sa).
