The practice is led by a KGH Hypnobirthing Diploma holder (accredited by the Royal College of Midwives) who has trained since 2019 to deliver transformational birth preparation.

Services include complete hypnobirthing and confident birth courses, available both in groups and privately. Private courses take place online or in your own home, offering flexibility to suit your needs. For those with prior experience, a condensed Essentials Course is also available. One-hour taster sessions introduce how hypnobirthing can positively transform your birthing experience, and bespoke birth coaching is offered by the hour for specific needs—whether that's a course refresher, birth planning, or C-section preparation.

The Hampshire Birthing Company also offers the 3-Step Rewind Technique for birth trauma. This is a simple, safe and effective process which helps you release any unpleasant emotions associated with previous birth experiences. The practitioner is trained as a 3-Step Rewind Practitioner with the Rewind Consortium, having completed this qualification in 2022.
