About The Baby Experience

The Baby Experience is a multi-skilled perinatal support service offering comprehensive care through pregnancy, birth and early parenthood. They are NCT trained birth and postnatal doulas, antenatal teachers, and breastfeeding counsellors, bringing together expertise across several complementary disciplines.

Their services span birth preparation and labour support through birth doula care, alongside postnatal doula support to help with recovery and early parenting. They offer pregnancy and postnatal acupuncture to support wellbeing at different stages, and hypnobirthing to help you prepare for birth with relaxation techniques and confidence-building tools.

Breastfeeding support is a key focus, with lactation consulting and breastfeeding counselling available. They also provide sleep support for families navigating infant sleep, and baby massage courses and private sessions. General counselling sessions are available for emotional support during this transformative time.

Beyond one-to-one care, The Baby Experience runs workshops and educational sessions, including antenatal courses for partners and a grantenatal course for grandparents. They also offer specialist support for returning to work after parenthood.

With training in developmental massage and a commitment to nourished, supported postnatal recovery, they work with women and their partners to provide practical, emotional and holistic support when it matters most.
