About The Awakened Mind

The Awakened Mind offers mindfulness-based therapy and coaching to help you develop greater awareness and resilience. Services include Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) for adults of all ages, using mindfulness meditation, body scanning and simple yoga postures to build practical coping skills. Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) is also available, alongside an eight-week mindfulness course and regular meditation group classes. The practice works with children and teenagers aged 5–15, and offers family mindfulness sessions where parents and children can learn together. Beyond mindfulness, The Awakened Mind provides family and systemic therapy, support for medical and birth trauma, NLP coaching, and Neuro-Linguistic Programming. All approaches draw on breathing techniques, mindfulness movement and guided exercises to help you become more aware and better equipped to manage stress and emotional challenges. The Awakened Mind is registered with The International Alliance of Holistic Therapists, The Complementary Medical Association, and The International Association of Neuro Linguistic Programming and Coaching.
