About The Applied Karate-Do

Personal Protection courses are designed to offer no-nonsense advice on all aspects of modern self-defence, equipping participants with practical skills for real-world situations. Beyond group classes, private tuition is available on a one-to-one or small group basis with experienced instructors, allowing for tailored training to suit individual needs and goals.
