About The ADHD Nurse
The ADHD Nurse provides specialist assessment and treatment support for adults and adolescents with ADHD. The service offers comprehensive diagnostic assessment, followed by tailored treatment pathways including medication titration, cognitive behavioural therapy, and post-diagnostic support to help clients understand their diagnosis and manage symptoms effectively.
The team delivers ADHD titration services as structured packages including multiple appointments and initial treatment planning. Medication reviews are also available for those with existing diagnoses who need clinical reassessment. Cognitive behavioural therapy is integrated into treatment plans, aligned with NICE guidelines for ADHD management.
Rachael Knowles-Owen, the CBT therapist, holds BABCP accreditation (accreditation number 111137), bringing recognised therapeutic expertise to the service.
Whether you're seeking initial assessment, support adjusting medication, or help processing a recent diagnosis, The ADHD Nurse offers evidence-based care designed to give you clarity and practical tools for living well with ADHD.
