About Terra Sacra

Terra Sacra offers integrated holistic and therapeutic support combining herbal medicine, functional nutrition, and counselling. The practitioner holds a BSc (Honours) degree in Herbal Medicine with clinical experience at the Stratford Centre for Herbal Medicine, and has undertaken training in Endobiogenic Medicine since 2010. She brings additional expertise in Functional Nutrition and holds a degree in Psychosynthesis Counselling, a humanistic psychology model completed in 2008. She has also trained in Systemic and Family Constellations with leading teachers in the UK and Germany.

Services include Western Herbal Medicine Consultations, Functional Medicine Nutrition Consultations, Family and Systemic Therapy, and General Counselling Sessions. Initial consultations typically last one to one and a half hours and are conducted in person to assess and discuss your health concerns. Follow-up appointments can be arranged in person, by telephone, or video call and usually last up to one hour.
