Tanya Shoop is a Member of the Society of Teachers of the Alexander Technique (MSTAT), offering one-to-one sessions and group classes in Alexander Technique both in person and online. The Alexander Technique is a method for improving posture, movement, and body awareness, helping to reduce tension and promote ease in everyday activities.

Tanya provides private sessions tailored to individual needs, including support for vocal technique and embodied voice use. Her group classes focus on practical applications of Alexander Technique principles, such as learning simple walking techniques designed to help you move with greater ease and efficiency. She also offers guided relaxation classes online, creating space for your mind and body to quieten and reset.
