About Tantric Bodywork
Tantric Bodywork offers somatic and embodied approaches to therapy, combining tantric massage with counselling and sex therapy. Sessions support you to relax fully, awaken embodied pleasure and explore conscious touch, whether in person or online. The practice draws on training in trauma-informed therapy, nervous system regulation including TRE (Tension & Trauma Release Exercises), pelvic release work, and counselling. Services include intimacy coaching, individual sex therapy, and general counselling, alongside support for relationships, emotions and trauma. Tantric Bodywork helps clients address blocks to pleasure and build capacity for wellbeing through a somatic, body-centred approach.
