General counselling sessions and person-centred therapy are available, alongside homeopathy consultations for those seeking complementary approaches to wellbeing.
A free 15-minute consultation by phone or Zoom is offered to prospective clients, allowing you to discuss your needs and establish whether the service is the right fit.
