Suzanne B.Ost, RCST, is a craniosacral therapist and full member of The Craniosacral Therapy Association. She offers craniosacral therapy (CST), a gentle, non-manipulative approach suitable for anyone from newborn babies to the elderly, alongside osteopathy.

Craniosacral therapy can address a range of concerns in adults, including persistent chronic pain, chronic conditions, and migraines.
