About Susanne Zahn-Willsdon
Susanne Zahn-Willsdon is a Core Process Psychotherapist with an MA in Mindfulness Based Psychotherapeutic Practice, accredited by the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP). She combines psychotherapy with biodynamic craniosacral therapy, a subtle yet profound hands-on treatment, to support clients through a range of emotional and physical challenges.
Susanne works with anxiety, depression, trauma (including childhood trauma and abuse), and stress. She also offers specialist support for couples and relationship therapy, helping partners explore how to communicate effectively. Her biodynamic craniosacral therapy is especially well suited for children, and she has particular experience supporting women through life transitions including PMS, period pains, and menopause.
As a CSTA accredited supervisor for craniosacral therapists, Susanne also provides contemplative supervision for practitioners. She holds registrations with the Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy Association (BCST), the Craniosacral Therapy Association (CSTA), and the Association of Core Process Psychotherapists (ACPP).
