Pregnancy and postnatal care is also central to the practice, with both massage and acupuncture offered to support expectant and new mothers.

Complementary therapies include cupping therapy and dry cupping, traditional Eastern techniques used to support recovery and mobility. Exercise rehabilitation programmes and lifestyle advice are integrated into treatment plans, helping clients build strength and prevent future injury.

Susan Martin holds a BTEC Level 5 diploma in Soft Tissue Therapy, along with further qualifications in oncology and pregnancy massage, and is a member of the Institute of Sports and Remedial Massage. Daytime and evening appointments are available.
