About Susan Grainger Therapy
Susan Grainger is a fully qualified reflexologist, hypnotherapy practitioner, and psychotherapist, accredited with the National Council for Integrative Practitioners (NCIP), the General Hypnotherapy Council (GHC), and the National Council of Integrative Psychotherapists (MNCP).
She offers reflexology treatments, including foot reflexology sessions, alongside a comprehensive range of hypnotherapy services. Her hypnotherapy work addresses specific goals such as weight loss (including Virtual Gastric Band Therapy), smoking cessation, anxiety management, stress reduction, sleep improvement, and pain management. She also provides support for anger management and works with children and young people, drawing on her certified training in hypnotherapy with children.
Beyond hypnotherapy, Susan offers counselling and emotional support, as well as specialist techniques including EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), past life regression work, and inner child therapy.
